Dual Entitlements
Designer version 2026.1 and later can only be licensed using Alteryx One.
Admins can request access to Alteryx One through the licensing portal to license the latest versions of Designer and Server, even if they haven't renewed their contract. When you have access to Alteryx One, you can set up the workspaces and license with Alteryx One.
To request access to Alteryx One…
Go to the Alteryx Licensing & Downloads portal. Make sure you have the admin role.
Select the Download button for Designer or Server.
A Download Product window opens.
Select the Request Access button.
Select the region of your Alteryx account. The available options are North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Contact your account manager if you don't know the region.
Select the Request Access button to confirm.
Wait a few minutes. You can check the status of your request in the Download Product window.
If your request is approved, you'll receive an invitation email in your inbox.
The option to request access to Alteryx One requires the admin role in the Licensing & Downloads portal. Customers currently using Desktop Automation aren't able to request access to license Designer 2026.1 at this time.
