Machine Learning database servers perform a full backup both daily and monthly. Daily and monthly backups allow for a more efficient restore capability if required.  
  • Daily Backup Retention: 1 Month
  • Monthly Backup Retention: 1 Year

Database Access

We significantly restrict database access. Our employees don't have regular database access. We restrict such access to a break-glass system that we isolate to a very limited number of trained engineers. These engineers only use the feature in case of an emergency outage.
