Remote Connectivity

How is remote connectivity established and managed by administrators and technical support staff?

Only limited personnel can make a remote connection to our servers via zero trust access to servers and cloud applications using SSH, Kubernetes, and HTTPS.

Data Recovery

Is Machine Learning able to recover data for a specific customer in the case of equipment failure or other data loss?

Customers should backup their data to ensure they have appropriate data loss protection. We back up data with Amazon AWS storage for recovery in case of data loss.

Removable Media and Disposal

How does Machine Learning manage removable media and disposal?

We don't use removable media. We manage your data on our privately managed cloud infrastructure that is password-secured and encrypted.
