An Object data type is a method for encoding key-value pairs. A single field value may contain one or more sets of key-value pairs.An Object data type is identified as a set of nested objects in the following format:

{"key":"value"}
{"New York":"NY"}
{"California":"CA"}

Notes:

  • Individual values of an Object type must have unique keys. Values, however, may be repeated.
  • The order of key-value pairs is not guaranteed.

NOTE: The \n and \t escaped characters are supported in inputs for this data type. For more information, see Supported Special Regular Expression Characters.
