Before you begin installing the Designer Cloud Powered by Trifacta platform, please complete the following steps.

Prep Steps

  1. System Requirements:  Alteryx node  and any integrated cluster for running jobs must meet the system requirements. See  System Requirements .
    1. To interact with external services, a set of ports must be opened on the Alteryx node. See System Ports.
    2. Desktop users of the platform must have the proper application installed. Please verify that your desktop users meet the requirements. See Desktop Requirements.

  2. Acquire Assets: Acquire the Alteryx installation package for your operating system and your license key. For more information, contact Alteryx Support.
    1. If you are completing the installation without Internet access, you must also acquire the offline versions of the system dependencies. See Install Dependencies without Internet Access.
