  1. Login using another admin account.
  2. Create the account normally. See Create User Account.
  3. Select Settings menu > Admin Settings.
  4. In the Admin Settings page, click Manage Users.
  5. For the newly created user, click the checkbox in the Admin the 
    D s item
  6. Save changes.
  7. Login to the account and verify that the Admin Settings page is available.
