  • When you mouse over a step, you can choose to edit or remove the step from the recipe. See Panel Options below.


    NOTE: If you select a step before the latest one in your recipe, all subsequent steps are grayed out in the Recipe panel and are not applied to the display in the data grid. When you run a job, however, all steps in the entire recipe are executed.


  • To

    review or edit any step, click the Pencil icon. The step is added to the Transform Builder. See Transform Builder.

    Tip: You can copy the content of any recipe step by editing it and then selecting all text in the Transform Editor.

  • To delete a step, click the X icon.

  • To

    insert a new step, hover over the space where you want to insert and then click.

  • To close the Recipe panel, click the topmost icon again.

Click the Download icon to download dataset results or recipe information directly from the Transformer page. See Download Options below.

Above the panel, you can use the Undo and Redo buttons to step forward and backward through your steps.

  • A step that has been undone is grayed out. Select the step to add it back.
  • You cannot undo or redo swapping of samples. Select the sample again from the Sampling menu. See Sampling Menu.


Panel Options

When you mouse over or select a step, the following options are available:

Edit Step...Edit the step.
Delete StepDelete the step from your recipe.
Copy to Clipboard

Copy the step to the clipboard for offline editing.


Tip: You can paste a recipe step into the transform textbox of Transform Builder to copy it within your recipe.

Insert step beforeInsert a new step before the current one.
Insert step afterInsert a new step after the current one.
Show More...See the entire text of the step.

Download Options

Click the Download link to export the current recipe to your desktop. Downloaded recipes are in text format.
