You can share the flow with one or more users in your project or workspace. When a flow is shared, the receiving users have access to the flow, where you can collaborate on wrangling datasets.

Steps

  1. In Flows page, select the flow. Then, click Share from the context menu.

    Tip: You can also share the flow from the Flow view page through the flow context menu.

  2. In the Share dialog, enter the name or email address of the user in the Invite users field. You may be able to paste a comma-separated list of email addresses.

    NOTE: For privacy reasons, search may not be available in some environments. In such cases, you have to manually enter the user name in the Invite users field.

  3. Select the required privilege level for the receiving user:
    1. Viewer: User can access the flow and run jobs from it. User cannot modify the flow objects.
    2. Editor: All of the viewer privileges, plus the user can edit flow objects and share it with others.

  4. To share the flow with the assigned privileges, Click Share. The selected flow is shared with other users.

    NOTE: When a flow is shared, its samples are shared with other users. If the shared users do not have access to the underlying source datasets, they do not have access to the sample, and the flow is invalid for them.

  5. To remove the sharing, select Remove from the drop-down next to the user.
