Random % Sample Tool
Use Random % Sample to return the expected number of rows which results in a random sample of the incoming data stream.

Configure the Tool
Specify the number of rows to return.
Random N Rows: Select a Number of Rows to specify the number of rows to output.
Random N% of Rows: Select a Percent of Rows to specify the percentage of incoming rows to output.
Check Output Same Set of Random Rows on Each Run to ensure the same set of random results is returned each time you run the workflow. Select a Random Seed value to set the starting point to generate random numbers.
Optionally, check the Columns to Group By.
