Live Query Workflow Task
Live Query workflow task allows you to execute one of your Live Query and cloud native workflows as part of a plan that you create in the Alteryx One.
Create Live Query Workflow Task
To create a Live Query workflow task...
On the Orchestrator page, select + New.
From the left pane in the Plan view page, drag and drop the Live Query Workflow task onto the canvas.
The Select Workflow panel is displayed.
Select the required workflow. The workflow is added to your plan.
Note
All your workflow tasks should have a defined output object. During plan runs, these objects are not validated, and missing outputs are ignored.
Change Workflow
You can change the workflow to use in the task. Select x against the added workflow in the right panel to remove the workflow from the plan. Select a new workflow from the list to add it.
Edit Name
To edit the workflow name, select the three-dot menu on the Orchestrator list page. Select Rename.
Type the new name and click Save.
Delete
To delete the workflow, select the three-dot menu. Select Delete. Confirm that you wish to delete the task.
Warning
This step cannot be undone.
Open Workflow
To open the workflow in Live Query, click the link in the Live Query Workflow task details panel on the right.

Through plans, you can orchestrate the execution of your workflow tasks with other tasks in the Alteryx One.
