This section outlines how the Alteryx team can recover Alteryx Analytics Cloud data on Google Cloud Platform, and the frequency of backups:
All backups have a retention period of 7 days.
Disk backups occur daily.
Google Cloud Platform backup storage is geographically separated from the production infrastructure within the same region.
Nota
Cloud storage is used to back up data for recovery in case of widespread data loss, and cannot be used to restore data for an individual customer.
