Account Admin Console
Through the Account Admin Console page, an Account AdminAmministratore account can manage their account at the system and workspace level. To reach the Account Management page, in the left navigation pane, select Account Admin.

To access this page, you must have an Account AdminAmministratore account role assigned to you.

Why don’t I see my invoices?
Invoices update on a 24-hour interval. Please check back in 1 to 2 days.

Sign in to NetSuite to make payments on behalf of your account.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Please contact us at alteryxbilling@alteryx.com for copies of invoices. Include the quote number for the invoice if possible.
Workspaces
Use the Workspaces page to create workspaces and assign a Workspace AdminAmministratore dello spazio di lavoro. Workspaces are segregated and secure environments associated with your account. Use workspaces to isolate users, processes, data, and use cases from each other. For more information, go to Manage Workspaces.
AI Metadata Enrichment

Allows Alteryx One to use AI to generate metadata for the datasets, connections, macros, and workflows in your account. This metadata improves search and discovery across workspaces and supports asset search for the Assets toolset on the Alteryx MCP Server Toolsets.
This capability governs the Metadata Enrichment setting in each workspace. When you disable the capability, no workspace in the account can turn processing on.
Starting State:
New accounts receive this capability enabled.
Existing accounts receive it enabled only when Ask Alteryx, AI Agents, and Alteryx MCP Server are all enabled.
If any of those is off, the capability starts disabled and you need to turn it on.
If you disable this capability and later enable it again, a new processing effective date applies.
