Alteryx One Platform Trial
Alteryx offers a 30-day trial where you can try the web-based Alteryx solution as well as the Designer Desktop experience.
When you sign up for a free trial, Alteryx One Platform grants you admin rights to your trial workspace and also a Full User role to assess the products. Using the Workspace Admin settings, you can invite up to 10 users to try out Alteryx One Platform.
To sign up for a free trial…
Go to Alteryx Trial.
Enter your work email, password, first name, and last name.
Accept the legal terms and conditions.
You can experience these trial solutions from the Overview page in Alteryx One:
The trial solutions and features most closely align with the Enterprise Edition. If you want to evaluate other solutions that aren’t available in the trial, contact sales.
Invite Users
To invite additional users…
Go to the Workspace Admin. Either select Launch Workspace Admin on the Overview page or select your profile picture > Workspace Admin.
The Users page opens. Select + Invite.
Enter up to 10 users' emails.
Assign the Full User role.
Select Invite.
Limitations for Trial Editions
Thirty-day trials include 1 workspace and use Designer Cloud Enterprise Edition.
If you are using a 30-day trial edition of the product, you must upgrade to a licensed edition after the trial expires.
Alteryx One trials don't include access to Alteryx Support.
After your trial expires:
All jobs and scheduled jobs are canceled.
You can sign in to Alteryx One Platform, but you can't access your workflows, datasets, and other objects that you have created within the product.
You can't access any APIs.
