アセットの管理

[ライブラリ]からさまざまなアセットアクションを使用できます。各アセットには複数のアクションがあり、コンテキストメニュー(三点リーダーメニュー(⋮))から使用できます。これらのアクションは、アセットタイプによって異なります。アセットのコンテキストメニューにアクセスするには、左側のナビゲーションペインから[ライブラリ]を選択し、リスト内の任意のアセットの三点リーダーメニュー(⋮)を選択します。

重要

コンテキストメニューオプションは、アセットタイプ、ユーザーロール、権限によって異なります。また、一部のアクションはAlteryx Oneアプリからのみ使用できます。

実行、スケジュール設定、Orchestratorの互換性

現時点では、次のDesignerアセットでは実行およびスケジュール設定を行えません。

  • Designerワークフロー(YXMD)

  • Designerマクロ(YXMC)

  • Designer分析アプリ(YXWZ)

また、これらのDesignerアセットはOrchestratorプランでは使用できません。

アセット詳細の表示

[アセット詳細の表示]を選択すると、[アセット詳細]ページが開きます。これは、各アセットを表示および管理するための中心的な場所です。アセットの「プロファイルページ」として機能し、ユーザーはメタデータの確認、関係性の把握、権限に基づいたアクションの実行ができます。詳細については、アセットの詳細を参照してください。

モジュールで開く

[次で開く]を選択して、関連付けられたモジュール(Designer、Designer Cloud、Live Query、Plansなど)でアセットを開きます。ライブラリの一覧表示で直接アセット名を選択して開くこともできます。

Open Designer Assets from Browser

When you open a Designer asset from Alteryx One in the browser, the asset opens via the Alteryx One app. If you haven't installed the Alteryx One app, you must do so before you can successfully open a Designer asset from the browser.

実行

[実行]*を選択すると、アセットがすぐに実行されます。

スケジュール

[スケジュール]を選択すると、[スケジュール]ダイアログが開きます。このダイアログでは、対象のアセットが含まれている既存のスケジュールを表示したり、新しいスケジュールを追加したりできます。詳細については、「スケジュール」を参照してください。

Orchestrate

Select Orchestrate* to add the asset to an Orchestrator Plan to automate how it runs and connects with other tasks. You can create a new Plan or add the asset to an existing Plan. For more information, go to Build Plans.

  1. Select where to add the asset:

    • Select Create a New Plan and enter a name in the Plan Name field.

    • Select Add to an Existing Plan and use the Select Plan dropdown to find and choose the existing plan to use.

  2. If you want to open the plan in a new tab in Alteryx One, select Open the Plan in a New Tab.

  3. Select Orchestrate to launch Orchestrator.

共有

ワークスペース内の別のユーザーとアセットを共有するには、[共有]を選択します。以下の手順で、アセットを共有できます。

  1. [ユーザーまたはグループの選択]ドロップダウンを使用して、アセットを共有するユーザーを選択または検索します。

  2. 共有先のユーザーに必要な権限レベルを以下から選択します。

    • ビューアー: アセットの読み取り、実行が可能です。

    • コントリビューター: アセットの読み取り、更新、実行が可能です。

    • エディター: アセットの読み取り、更新、共有、実行が可能です。

  3. [共有]を選択して終了するか、[閉じる]を選択してプロセスを中止します。

移動

[移動]を選択すると、アセットをフォルダーに移動できます。詳細については、「フォルダー」を参照してください。

ダウンロード

[ダウンロード]を選択すると、アセットのローカルコピーを自分のマシンにダウンロードできます。

タグ

[タグ]を選択すると、アセットにタグを適用したり、[タグの管理]ウィンドウにアクセスしたりできます。詳細については、タグを参照してください。

データラベル

[データラベル]を選択すると、アセットにラベルを適用できます。詳細については、データラベルを参照してください。

複製

[複製]を選択すると、アセットのコピーを作成できます。

  1. [複製]モーダルで、コピーの名前を入力します。

  2. [保存]を選択して終了します。

所有権の移転

[所有権の移転]を選択すると、アセットの所有権をワークスペース上の別のユーザーに移転できます。詳細については、「アセット所有権の移転」を参照してください。

バージョン履歴

[バージョン履歴]を選択すると、アセットの[バージョン履歴]ダイアログが開きます。ここでは、アセットの古いバージョンを復元したり、以前のバージョンから新しいアセットを作成したりできます。

Save as Package

Select Save as Package to save a workflow as a package to deliberately mark a tested change as release-ready, rather than promoting work-in-progress by default. When you save a package, you assign it a version and description—giving reviewers clear context about what changed and why, before they approve it for promotion. 削除

[削除]を選択すると、アセットの削除ダイアログが起動します。再度[削除]を選択して確定します。

削除は恒久的です。
