資産の詳細
[アセット詳細]ページでは、Alteryx Oneの特定のアセットを一元的に表示できます。このページを使用して、アセットのメタデータの確認、実行履歴の監視、スケジュール設定の管理、依存関係の表示、アセットの共有、実行、起動などのアクションを実行します。

The information and actions available depend on the asset type and your permissions.
アセット詳細ページへのアクセス
[アセット詳細]ページを開くには、次の手順に従います。
左側のナビゲーションペインから[ライブラリ]に移動します。
確認したいアセットを見つけて、コンテキストメニュー(三点リーダーメニュー(⋮))を選択し、[アセット詳細の表示]を選択します。
[アセット詳細]ページが開き、選択したアセットに関する情報が表示されます。
アセットページの概要
[アセット詳細]ページには次のセクションがあります。
アセットヘッダー
ページヘッダーにはアセット名が表示され、一般的なアクションにすばやくアクセスできます。使用可能なアクションには、次のものがあります。
共有: 他のユーザーとアセットを共有します。詳細については、アセットの共有を参照してください。
スケジュール: アセットを実行するスケジュールを作成および管理します。詳細については、「スケジュール」を参照してください。
Orchestrate: Add the asset to an Orchestrator Plan. Create a New Plan or Add to Existing Plan. For more information, go to Build Plans.
実行: アセットをすぐに実行します。
開く: アセットを開いて編集または表示します。
ブラウザからDesignerアセットを開く
ブラウザでAlteryx OneからDesignerアセットを開くと、そのアセットはAlteryx Oneアプリ経由で開きます。Alteryx Oneアプリをインストールしていない場合、ブラウザからDesignerアセットを正常に開くには、事前にAlteryx Oneアプリをインストールする必要があります。

その他のオプション: 三点リーダーメニュー(⋮)を使用すると、権限とアセットタイプに応じてその他のアセットアクションを実行できます。これには、ダウンロード、複製、所有権の移転、バージョン履歴、データラベル、削除が含まれます。これらのアクションの詳細については、「アセットの管理」を参照してください。
アクティビティタブ
中央のパネルには、アセットに関する情報が記載されたタブが含まれています。
ジョブ
[ジョブ]タブには、アセットの実行履歴が表示されます。ジョブごとに、ステータス、ジョブID、タイプ、ジョブを実行したユーザー、完了時間を表示できます。
以下の使用可能なフィルターを使用して、結果を絞り込むことができます。
すべてのジョブ: アセットのすべての実行を表示します。
自分が実行したもの: 自分が実行したジョブのみを表示します。
フィルター: 追加のフィルタリング条件を適用します。
アセットが実行されていない場合は、使用可能なジョブがないことを示すメッセージがページに表示されます。ジョブの詳細については、「ジョブ履歴」を参照してください。
Schedules
The Schedules tab displays schedules associated with the asset. From this tab, you can:
Review existing schedules: Each schedule is listed along with these details:
Status: The status of the schedule (Enabled or Disabled).
Name: The schedule name.
Asset Type: The asset type associated with the schedule (for example, Designer Workflow).
Owner: The user that owns the asset.
Frequency: The frequencey details of the schedule.
Next Run: The next run date and time of the schedule.
View schedule details: Select the schedule name to view these details:
Name: The schedule name.
Asset Details: The Asset Type and the name of the asset.
Occurrence: The schedule run type (run once, recurring, etc.) and Timezone information.
Start: The date and time the schedule started.
Manage scheduled runs (depending on permissions): Select the schedule context (3-dot) menu to perform these actions:
Edit: Edit the schedule details.
Disable: Turn off the schedule.
Transfer Ownership: Transfer the asset to another user.
Delete: Delete the schedule.
If the asset has not been scheduled, the page displays a message indicating that no schedules are available. For more information about schedules, go to Schedules.

[依存関係]タブには、選択したアセットで使用されているアセットとリソースが表示されます。表示内容の例:

Used In
The Used In tab is available for Designer macros (YXMC) saved to Alteryx One. Use this information to view Designer workflows (accessible to you based on your user permissions) that currently use the selected macro. You can review these details:
Name: The name of the Designer asset where the macro is used.
Version: The version of the Designer asset where the macro is used.
Shared With: Displays sharing status and indicates whether the asset has been shared with other users or groups. For more on sharing, go to Share Assets.
Owner: Identifies the current owner of the asset
Last Updated: Shows the date and time of the most recent modification.
アセット情報パネル
右側のパネルには、アセットのメタデータと所有権情報が表示されます。
説明: アセットの目的の概要を表示します。説明フィールドにカーソルを合わせて選択し、他のユーザーがアセットを理解しやすくなるような説明を入力します。
タイプ: アセットタイプを表示します。(Designer Cloudワークフローなど。)
所有者: アセットの現在の所有者を確認できます。
共有: 共有ステータスを表示し、そのアセットが他のユーザーまたはグループと共有されているかどうかを示します。
最終更新日: 最後に変更された日付と時刻を表示します。
作成者: アセットを最初に作成したユーザーを表示します。
作成日: アセットが作成された日時を表示します。
バージョン: アセットの現在のバージョン番号を表示します。
