Email Notifications Page
You can configure the notifications that Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC) sends to your email address and other related settings.
Note
Email notifications might need to be enabled in your environment. For more information, go to Workspace Settings Page.
Tip
If you've enabled visual profiling, AAC includes a PDF version of the profile of the job results as an attachment to the email.
Receive Emails About Flow Jobs
When enabled, you can receive email notifications about job activity for the flows you are watching. You can receive emails from:
Flows where you are an owner or collaborator.
Flows where someone added you as a watcher.
Tip
The email provides a summary of Data Quality rules (rules that were run and the success and failures of those rules) and the profile details (valid, mismatched, and missing) when a job completes successfully.
Receive Emails About Plan Runs
When enabled, you can receive email notifications about plan runs if you are an owner or collaborator.
You can configure email notifications on a per-plan basis. For more information, go to Manage Plan Notifications Dialog.
Delivery Address
If needed, you can send notification emails to a different email address. Note that this doesn't change your account email address. You might change your delivery email address if:
Your login email address can't receive email.
You want to deliver email to an alias within your enterprise.
You want to deliver your email to a 3rd-party application.
Timezone
Select the timezone that AAC uses to display the date in email notifications.
